URGENT NOTICE
Is your Current Version of Timeslips Unsupported?
It is our policy to design our customer support services to be compatible with the latest releases so we can provide the highest quality service to the largest number of customers. Because you may have not upgraded your software in quite some time, your version of Timeslips may be unsupported. Timeslips 2005 will be unsupported by Sage Software as of October 31, 2007.
If your version is unsupported:
Should you encounter any support or compatibility issues, successful completion of your billing cycle may be interrupted. This also means that, should a problem develop, you will not be able to get help from us, even on a pay-per-call basis. If you have an annual Billing Assurance Plan, we will honor the agreement until it expires, however, you won’t be able to renew it unless you upgrade to Timeslips by Sage 2008.
What you can do:
Do not continue to rely on a version of Timeslips that is or will shortly become unsupported. Confirm your upgrade now to Timeslips 2008. New and improved tools make upgrading a snap, and you’ll be taking advantage of the many new enhancements added since your current version. With new features such as Timekeeper and Client Filters on Timekeeper Collections reports, and the ability to have Timeslips identify clients ready to bill based on your company’s billing criteria, the date of the last bill, or the total value of new changes, your upgrade gives you the opportunity to bill and report with more ease and control than ever before. You should also know that Timeslips 2008 works with Windows Vista™ as well as Windows 2000 and Windows XP.
